Amit Ghosh founded Altus Construction Group after more than a decade in Florida construction, development, and real estate. His background spans both sides of the table – building projects and evaluating them as investments – which is why Altus approaches construction as a business outcome rather than a scope of work.
As a state certified general contractor, Amit stays personally involved in every project Altus takes on, from the initial consultation through the final walkthrough. Clients work directly with him, not with a rotating cast of account managers. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
